Basic Lemon Garlic Dressing



Add the following to a Vita Mix or powerful blender:

1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemons
1 Cup Olive, Avocado, Flax, Hemp Oil or a combo of these
6-20 cloves of garlic depending on your desire!! I always use the peeled garlic gloves from TJoes or from Costco.  I do NOT use the chopped garlic in the jar, my body hates Citric Acid and a hidden stuff they add…lol
Celtic Salt or Himalayan Salt,
Pepper
The following herbs, Dry or Fresh:
   Dill
   Basil
   Parsley
   Dulce Seaweed from shaker

Now for the doTERRA oils if you have them:
    Cilantro
    Thyme
    Rosemary
    Dill
    Oregano
    Basil
    Black Pepper
    Any of the Citrus Oils

Taste and decide if you need to add more base oil, depends on the strength of the lemons, I usually
End up adding a little more to tone down the lemon.

Options:
1/2 to 1 Avocado for a Creamier consistency
 Mustard
Raw Cashews, Almonds or Walnuts that have been soaked ½ cup to 1 cup, for thicker consistency and adding flavor, add to base and blend well
   Tahini, Trader Joes has a good one in the Refrig section, about 2 Tbl.
   Sundried Tomatoes, ¼ to ½ cup
