Add the following to a Vita Mix or
powerful blender:
1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemons
1 Cup Olive, Avocado, Flax, Hemp Oil or a combo of these
6-20 cloves of garlic depending on your desire!! I always
use the peeled garlic gloves from TJoes or from Costco. I do NOT use the chopped garlic in the jar,
my body hates Citric Acid and a hidden stuff they add…lol
Celtic Salt or Himalayan Salt,
Pepper
The following herbs, Dry or Fresh:
Dill
Basil
Parsley
Dulce Seaweed from shaker
Now for the doTERRA oils if you have
them:
Cilantro
Thyme
Rosemary
Dill
Oregano
Basil
Black Pepper
Taste and decide if you need to add
more base oil, depends on the strength of the lemons, I usually
End up adding a little more to tone
down the lemon.
Options:
1/2 to 1 Avocado for a Creamier consistency
Mustard
Raw Cashews, Almonds or Walnuts that
have been soaked ½ cup to 1 cup, for thicker consistency and adding flavor, add
to base and blend well
Tahini, Trader Joes has a good one in the Refrig section, about 2 Tbl.
Sundried Tomatoes, ¼ to ½ cup
